Experience

Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to collaborate with various people in companies both large and small accross the globe. I've connected businesses to consumers, businesses to businesses, and businesses to employees. I've had the pleasure of working with many talented individuals. Both in-house and external teams. It's been amazing!

I’m often responsible for leading cross-disciplined teams through a user-centered design process. I lead and support designers (and non-design types) in building highly functional and aesthetic experiences. I am also responsible for experience strategy, research, and process improvement. I think creatively and keep solutions on brand, impactful, and deliverable.

My most significant contributions have been "leading the charge" for creating design standards. Why is this important? Products are often inconsistent with the expectation of customers and partners. The root of our inconsistencies was the avoidance of love and evolution of design standards. So, I've helped develop road maps to change the digital landscape.

Simply put, I help spread my passion for design and it's capabilities with the people I meet.
